The Role:
  •  Inventory administration and Loaner computer management
  • Computer installation/ configuration/ repair /assembly and RMA process
  • Support users on windows environment, windows applications and telephones
  • User training
  • Help Desk & Problem Solving: Log, track and follow-up with internal customers for solutions and satisfaction
  • Create technical documentation and manuals
  • Purchase hardware, software and licenses as needed
  • Tracking windows servers/clients/VDI/application licenses, maintenance support and inventory
  • Follow the company’s security policies and procedures to protect confidential data

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science / IT related major
  • A team player with excellent communication problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • 3+ years’ hands on experience in computer hardware/image maintenance, installation and configuration in Microsoft Windows 7 and 10 platform
  • Solid experience in supporting MS Office/Outlook, MDT, Citrix client, Lync/skype and WebEx
  • Knowledge in Internet security/connectivity and anti-virus programs.
  • Detail oriented and superlative customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, integrity, and result-oriented; Be willing to take other duties as assigned
  • Continuously learning and applying new technologies to enhance system security, improve system performance and solve technical problems
  • Network LAN management 
  • VMware VM/VDI knowledge
  • Linux/Unix knowledge is a plus
