Program Manager – High-Speed SerDes IP

What You Will Do
Act as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors on 112G SerDes, PCIe Gen6, UCIe, and Memory IP programs.
Collaborate with external partners, Technical Solutions, and Engineering leadership to define optimal IP solutions.
Serve as the single coordination point to track and resolve issues.
Work closely with Application Engineering to address customer technical inquiries and promptly close Jira tickets.
Manage program schedules, status meetings, action items, and delivery tracking.
Coordinate activities to ensure Statement of Work (SoW) goals are achieved.
Internal Execution
Conduct regular reviews of program schedules, risks, and resolution plans with management.
Drive process framework definition across teams to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables.
Maintain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) alignment with program goals, adjusting as needed in partnership with project managers and engineering leads.
Lead internal kickoff, delivery milestones, and sign-off activities with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
What You Will Need
8+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on high-speed SerDes IP.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Deep understanding of IP deliverables and integration challenges.
Familiarity with development flows and interdependencies involved in SerDes IP programs.
Bonus Points For
Experience in ASIC design engineering.
Familiarity with ASIC tape-out flows and validation methodologies.
Knowledge of PCIe, Ethernet, or UCIe protocols.
Proficiency with MS Office for schedule management and reporting.
PMP certification.
