Program Manager – High-Speed SerDes IP

What You Will Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors on 112G SerDes, PCIe Gen6, UCIe, and Memory IP programs.

  • Collaborate with external partners, Technical Solutions, and Engineering leadership to define optimal IP solutions.

  • Serve as the single coordination point to track and resolve issues.

  • Work closely with Application Engineering to address customer technical inquiries and promptly close Jira tickets.

  • Manage program schedules, status meetings, action items, and delivery tracking.

  • Coordinate activities to ensure Statement of Work (SoW) goals are achieved.

Internal Execution

  • Conduct regular reviews of program schedules, risks, and resolution plans with management.

  • Drive process framework definition across teams to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables.

  • Maintain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) alignment with program goals, adjusting as needed in partnership with project managers and engineering leads.

  • Lead internal kickoff, delivery milestones, and sign-off activities with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

What You Will Need

  • 8+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on high-speed SerDes IP.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  • Deep understanding of IP deliverables and integration challenges.

  • Familiarity with development flows and interdependencies involved in SerDes IP programs.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in ASIC design engineering.

  • Familiarity with ASIC tape-out flows and validation methodologies.

  • Knowledge of PCIe, Ethernet, or UCIe protocols.

  • Proficiency with MS Office for schedule management and reporting.

  • PMP certification.
